The rental service at Terminal 2 was closed, so I had to go to Terminal 1 where there were not enough staff. It took nearly two hours to get the car.

Very dissatisfied! Due to the dim lighting in the parking garage when returning the car, I took off my sunglasses and placed them in the center console storage! Then the car rental company said they couldn't find them! The rental platform said I would have to wait until the 9th for staff to handle it! Such a big company, but with such poor standards!
