Very satisfied

I booked a Mercedes but got a domestic MG instead. High fuel consumption and small tank. The interior was not cleaned and there were cigarette butts! Terrible experience.

I found out it was a Toyota after picking up the car. I wanted to switch to a German car since German high-end cars have no speed limit, while Japanese cars can't handle it. Unfortunately, there were no other cars available for exchange. When I checked the Corolla, there was a tire pressure warning. I drove from Düsseldorf city center to the airport area to check it, but couldn't resolve the tire pressure issue. Reluctantly, they gave me a Volkswagen, wasting two hours.

Excellent service. They suggested a slightly bigger automatic car, and the cost did not increase much. It better suited our need for more space for both people and luggage.
