We wanted a compact vehicle and received a Dodge Durango they told me it was a free upgrade and I told him I wasn’t interested in an upgrade and it’s only an upgrade if you consider it an upgrade they said that there was nothing else available and I told them that I booked this months ago. They said we had the option to cancel which wasn’t an option at the time.

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.

Like: Price, vehicle and the service representative, Patrick.
Dislike: Nothing.
