It took us an hour to find the store, then after completing all the formalities, we needed another hidden parking lot to get the car, which took another hour to find. Additionally, we had to complain about this: although we got a free upgrade to a larger MPV due to car unavailability, the second day after a tire blowout and switching to a spare, we reached another store in Füssen only to switch to a compact SUV. 'This car or no car,' we were told. We booked a Touran to fit five people's luggage, so imagine three people and two large suitcases squeezing into the back seat for the rest of the trip! Unforgettable.
