The car rental office said we couldn't use credit cards with magnetic strips, only those with chips were allowed, but they never informed us of this requirement. Therefore, they rejected my husband's card with a magnetic strip. When I used my chip card to secure the rental for my husband, they insisted on charging over 300 dollars to make me a co-renter. Otherwise, we couldn't pick up the car. This credit card policy is too unreasonable; I've never encountered such a situation in the U.S., and we wouldn't need to spend this extra 300 dollars.

The location is easy to find. We had booked a Golf, but were given an Audi A4 Avant instead. The car was in good condition and almost new. The staff was very friendly, but the notarization of the driver's license was unnecessary. They said, 'Your driver's license already has English on it!'

I wait too long waiting the car to come. And the staff at the drop location didn’t have good service.

The guy at the counter was superb. Friendly and easy going. The car that i had was a brand new car with 10km mileage only!
