The car pickup process was quite slow, but everything else was fine.

Too much hard selling, from 100 pounds a day to 20 pounds a day, it's endless and exhausting. They even inexplicably charged for an extra day. This is not recommended.

Shouqi Car Rental's partner in the UK is Europcar. When the vehicle had issues, they couldn't provide adequate assistance, and the phone number listed on the order was always an automated voice system, making communication difficult. I hope they can change their partner company.

Since the pickup was not at the airport, there were very few people. Considering the efficiency of British service, it was relatively quick. However, the return process at the airport was indeed fast, possibly because of having full insurance.
