The service was good, but they gave me an electric car, which is quite inconvenient to drive in the US.

Very quick service. Make sure to refuel before returning the car; I didn’t because I was in a rush to pick up a friend at the airport.

Other than being unsatisfied with the car model and getting it switched, the rest of the service was quite good.

There is a somewhat unreasonable clause. You can pick up the car before the scheduled time, but you must note that the return time will be accordingly earlier (no notification, direct fee deduction). If you pick up the car after the scheduled time, the return time will not be extended, and it remains as per the original booking.

Just a bit expensive...
