Fast service, good attitude, minimal upselling

No excessive promotion of additional insurance.

The service was good, but the wait time for picking up the car was a bit long. Also, no staff was present to check the car for any damages before handing it over, and I had to do it alone. Additionally, the fuel tank wasn't completely full, it was short by two bars. Luckily, I took a photo at that time, so I didn’t get charged extra for fuel when I returned the car. It was my first time renting a car in the US and overall, it was quite a good experience.

Alamo is common on the Hawaiian islands, which gives a sense of reliability.
