Despite purchasing full insurance, I was inexplicably charged an additional 93 New Zealand dollars after returning the car. I contacted the platform several times over several days but received no response, and I have already filed a complaint with 12315.

Overall, the car rental company was good. Our flight was canceled so we extended the rental by one day and changed the return location to the same city. However, we were still charged a 200NZD one-way fee, but after follow-up communication, it was quickly refunded. A bit careless, but efficient.

The service was very efficient, they clearly explained the driving precautions and reminded us of the fee reasons.

The Thrifty counter at Christchurch Airport was easy to find, and the car model was the Hyundai IMAX as originally booked. However, when switching cars in Wellington, they said the IMAX was unavailable due to an accident and provided a 12-seater Toyota Hiace instead. In Auckland, the Thrifty counter had a Chinese male employee named Hi Ming. The Caucasian female colleague asked him to assist us, but he delayed for a long time. When I asked him in Chinese, 'Do you speak Chinese?', he quickly responded, 'I can not speak Chinese'... Please, your company hired you to provide Chinese services, and this was very rude.
