Terrible experience. When picking up the car, they said there was a problem with my credit card and denied the rental. It took over three hours and was a waste of time. In the end, it turned out their POS machine had an issue. My credit card had no problems and worked perfectly for transactions everywhere in Tromsø.

The car was in excellent condition and very smart, making it easy to drive. However, the downside is that both pickup and dropoff are mostly self-service, which can be inconvenient. Plus, the dropoff location is quite remote.

The counter staff provided patient service.

The customer service was very good. The staff at the counter were polite. However, the information about the payment of tolls and parking could be explained better. I have provided a deposit on my credit card. I have returned my car with the key drop. I have no idea of the toll and parking charges deducted. I am still waiting to discover the deductibles. I was given an upgraded car, which was very good. I had booked a Toyota Corolla and was given a Toyota Lexus. There were some scratches on the bonnet of the car, but it was in good condition otherwise. I was advised to take photographs of the damage by customer services.

The booking platform is very easy to use to book the right vehicle. The loyalty scheme could be more improved with more ease of collecting the rewards and using them.
