The rental car company charges a management fee per toll, which is outrageously expensive. I rented the car for one day and passed through four tolls, which cost only $6, but I was charged $60 in management fees. It's basically robbery. They didn't inform me about these high fees at the pickup, nor did they suggest renting an automatic toll device.

The car had 20,000 miles on it, and its performance and appearance were great, but the interior was a bit dirty. Probably because labor is expensive in the US and no one cleans it. At LA Airport, you have to take a shuttle bus to the rental center, which took 20 minutes to arrive, and then you have to wait in line for an hour. The good thing is after completing the paperwork, there's a long row of various brands of the same type of car for you to choose from, which is super cool!

The receptionist at the front desk asked me to sign the document without saying much. I said I had already paid, so why do I need to pay again? They started speaking a lot of Mex-English. When I got back home, I realized the payment was unnecessary. Damn, this is not how you scam people!
