1. Long wait times in line; 2. The attendant took advantage of us, selling us a toll pass for the San Francisco to Los Angeles route even though there were no tolls; 3. Wrong car model, we booked the more expensive Suburban but were told it wasn't available at pickup and given a Tahoe instead, with a promise to swap it the next day, which never happened over three days; 4. Strongly advise against choosing this company.

Pick up and drop off at the airport, very convenient

It was the worst experience ever. As we didn’t book directly so they said contact easy rental and when we contacted easy rental they said can’t help you. You need to speak with dollor rental

Rented here because of multiple previous good experience. Times before it was only 1-2 days rental, this time 11 days. Make sure you will check what you paying for as they got tendency to add you stuff you dont want just to earn more money.

Count with 30-40% higher price when you reach the counter even when you payed for whole booking with full insurance.
