The lady at the counter was very friendly and attentive. The car was new; we were given a Skoda station wagon with only 1,000 kilometers on it. It was very spacious and fuel-efficient. Returning the car was also simple and convenient.

changing the car for car malfunctions was unnecessary had the service desks in milano checked the availability as requested, they told me to go to another office and on the way i passed through areas im not sure the car was supposed to pass through, and got stuck in a no car zone, this is such a shame. in the end they sent me to the airport and there it was dealt with in good manner.
