Excellent service! Since I often rent cars from EUROPCAR, I was given priority service after queuing. As it's a European Union-wide chain, my personal rental information was recognized immediately. The whole car rental process took less than five minutes. The car handover was quick, and the return inspection was very efficient too. During the recent Olympic period, the car's GPS provided real-time navigation information, which was fantastic. I rented a Hyundai, but due to unavailability, I was upgraded to an Audi that had only 2,000 kilometers on it.

The customer service was excellent as they really responded very well to queries and also helped in case I was unable to contact Europecar. Overall it was excellent experience.
