After renting a car from this company and following the airport instructions to reach the pickup point, the staff added four extra insurance options without informing me during the car pickup process. This resulted in an additional charge of 1700 RMB for my 6-day trip, which I found extremely unreasonable! Later, during my rental period, the car was broken into and my luggage was stolen. Among the four insurances, there was one for personal belongings, but despite the company being aware of my coverage, they failed to inform me. This led to both wasted payments of 1700 RMB and no compensation for my lost luggage. Extremely disappointing! Everyone, please be cautious.

The reserved car model was unavailable, so it was replaced with an SUV, but the power was lacking, making uphill driving and acceleration slow.

I had only booked the car for one day, from 10:00 AM, and waiting two hours would waste the entire day. After negotiating with the store and coordinating with the rental platform, I was eventually given a Mazda SUV. I finally got the car at 11:00 AM. Really unreliable!

Car was a bit dirty, but otherwise fine. Location difficult to find, confusing signage in the parking garage. Service was good.
