Overall, it's okay. However, I hope customer service can assist with one issue. They charged in HKD because my credit card was issued by a Hong Kong bank. At the time, I specifically told them not to use HKD as the exchange rate is much worse, but they still used HKD for the authorization. Customer service, please help contact them to see if they can charge in EUR and cancel the HKD authorization. I have already sent them an email as well. Thank you.

There were hidden charges, and their communication attitude was very poor. They outright said they need to make money.

They charged for fuel in advance, their English is poor, attitudes are just okay, and there's an extra fee for returning the car a day early.

The guy at the pickup counter symbolically asked if we wanted to upgrade our car. They had an XC90 available but it would cost more. Since there were only two of us, we declined the upgrade. I showed him the full insurance purchased on QEEQ, and he didn't try to sell us anything else. We got a brand new diesel XC60, in a beautiful smog blue color!
