The rental car was excellent, compact enough to navigate narrow roads, and had great power.

I rented a car from Hertz for my trip through Spain and Portugal, covering over 3000 kilometers, and I was very satisfied. At first, I couldn’t find a document due to my own mistake, and I thought the rental company hadn’t provided it. However, the customer service team was incredibly patient and communicated with me via email until the issue was resolved. Once I found the document, they responded promptly to clear up the misunderstanding. I really appreciate their help! Picking up and returning the car was super convenient. The car itself was in great condition and had a navigation system that would even remind you when it’s time to signal or change lanes. It would also suggest taking a coffee break if needed.

I scheduled a car pickup for 1:30 PM, but due to the large crowds during the Spring Festival, after completing the paperwork, the car was still not ready. I ended up waiting for over an hour and finally got the car close to 3 PM.

The car had two issues: 1. Incorrect warning about low tire pressure. 2. Oil wasn't checked, resulting in being forced to add oil halfway through the trip.

The vehicle was very new, and both pick-up and drop-off were extremely convenient.

Overall, it was satisfactory.

Only one person was allowed to drive. When I requested two people to drive, they charged me an extra 150 euros. Overall evaluation—acceptable.
