The service attitude of this company is good. They respond to confirmation emails about documents very quickly and clearly, unlike another company that is vague and bureaucratic. The company might be smaller with fewer staff, so you may have to wait a long time for both picking up and returning the car. The vehicle inspection is very thorough, even the smallest scratches on the wheel hub are recorded. So, if others rent from this company, it's best to get full insurance; otherwise, you might easily get charged. I booked an economy automatic car, but ended up with a luxurious Mercedes B180. Apparently, this is common in the UK because there are few economy automatic cars, so upgrades are frequent. The drive was smooth, and even though I didn't refill the fuel, they just charged me the difference at a rate of 1.2, which is reasonable since outside fuel prices are usually between 1.3-1.4 (the car runs on diesel). However, they don't offer a free shuttle from the airport to the pickup location. The single trip fare of 4.5 pounds is expensive and inconvenient. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is very enthusiastic.

The store is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, fairly convenient, and the service is good.

Car was great and the guy was very nice. Unfortunately, as I do not own a credit card, I incurred an additional 30quid per day charge in order to facilitate holding the deposit on my debit card. There are 'good' reasons for this I understand, and I appreciate that it is not really the fault of GM themselves, but why people who choose not use credit should be punished seems backwards and controversial! Needless to say the unexpected additional expense is pretty annoying. I have not had this issue with the bigger companies and so, sadly, guess it means I will stick to those in future, when I'd much rather support a smaller business. Shame, the car and service were otherwise exemplary.

The staff took an hour to process our pick up, despite when we arrived we were next in the queue. We could not view the car fully before rental as it was parked in such a tight spot one side of the car couldnt be accessed, in addition the lighting was really poor in the underground car park. There was lots of damage on the car before us renting it. The inside had not been cleaned as it was filled with melted sweets.

The car was spotlessly clean and was also a pleasure to drive. The car was very fuel efficient. Staff were very pleasant and courteous.
