Long wait to collect the rental car. Make it difficult to get to the counter with infrequent busses and no rebate on the bus fare. Rude staff and extortionate insurance excess forcing us to buy additional coverage at double the initial rental quote.

was told the car only has 3rd party insurance & that I would have to pay additional 800 pounds, As I had collision damage waiver as part of the deal I was being lied to, I come to the UK every year for a month but will not use green motion again, I will also make it my job to tell anybody who will listen not to do business with a company like yours, green motion are con artist....

Heathrow branch need improvement on serving customer due to long waiting time when pick up the car most of the time.

Picked up the car after the first staff member couldn’t comprehend the paperwork. Car upgrade - appreciated. Both car headlights were defective and dangerous. Had to call RAC to put bulbs back into holders. Told staff on checkin & didn’t really seem interested. I would hire again but make sure there was a proper inspection before I drove away. Didn’t do the inspection this time because staff said I was covered for any damage.

Overall - satisfied.

Really good customer service at the hotel location, easy to get through, good car, overall very well presented and worth renting again. BUT ... not very good for people arriving at Terminal 4 or 5! Took over 80 minutes to get from Terminal to Rental Location. Not suited for anyone who cannot walk long distances or who has difficulty carrying their own hand luggage. Too mant stairs, lifts, walks and buses (no direct bus - only bus/bus or bus/train). POSTSCRIPT I did try to re-book for my next trip of 32 days in May/June, but the website rejected my application as being for too many days. Not interested in trying to sort this out, so booked with a competitor easily. There was no problem with a long rental in February/March, so why are you putting up barriers against getting business?
