Communication was very smooth and very helpful for us, considering our English isn't very good.

The company is very unprofessional, with only one Chinese staff member managing the store year-round. Due to our flight time, we couldn't refuel the car before returning it and wanted to pay the staff (the only Chinese person) directly for the fuel. Our request was met with various refusals and extremely poor attitude. Furthermore, we were misled that there were no flights at that time from the airport and assured we would arrive on time.

The counter location is inconvenient, it's a small company.

All processes are good except GPS was inadequate from dim screen, could not see it.
