The staff’s authentic Beijing accent felt very familiar and friendly in a foreign country. They had a great attitude, provided proactive pickup and drop-off services, and the rental process was smooth and efficient. They even provided extras like a charger and phone holder which were not included in the rental information. The car was in great condition. When a problem arose with the vehicle, the customer service lady was very kind and capable, and she looked very professional in person.

On our arrival, we had to wait for pickup while the only member of staff on duty was dealing with other customers.

all good. but didn't the Yaris though, got into a Vitz instead, it ran well

easy & simple to book, options to choose: suppliers and groups of cars.

A shallow 3 cm surface paint scratch on the front side panel costs 1183.35 NZD, which is insane, and it took EZU more than 5 weeks to provide the receipt of the repair service. 2000 NZD was charged on my credit card, of which 1183.35 NZD is still charged, and the insurance won't give any update on how the case of reimbursement is processing. Very bad experience. I don't know when I can get my money back.

Brandon was helpful, but little could he do to expedite the insurance reimbursement.
