Very thorough in checking documents, so the process was not fast. I was asked if I wanted insurance that included towing fees, but I insisted and they eventually dropped it. Returning the car was very convenient; after a quick round outside, I just handed over the keys, got the receipt, and left.

Landed at Orlando airport at 9 PM and quickly found the Dollar counter, but there were a lot of people. We waited in line for about 40 minutes before it was our turn. The service attitude was decent, but the car was just okay. They gave us a Jetta with 80,000 km (similar to a Passat in our country). The power was average, and the car condition was just okay. We got into a minor accident at the hotel entrance after leaving the airport. Since we needed to go through insurance, we waited for the police to write a report. During the return, there was no extra charge. We don’t know if there will be additional charges in the future.

We booked an economy car since we weren’t travelling very long distances. The car was in good condition and served us really well for our trip to Plymouth and Cape Cod. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very positive experience. Thank you
