Terrible! Everyone, be careful. This place is worse than smaller rental companies. They scammed us for extra insurance and a full tank of gas! Afterward, they tried to dismiss our complaints with a contract we never saw, and the signature was clearly copied and pasted! Never again, even if I can't find another car, I won't choose Avis!!!!

Users are inexplicably charged on their credit cards! There is no way to complain or appeal!
