Got a slight upgrade on the car grade which was nice. However, the car was quite scuffed around the edges (I guess previous renters weren’t very careful with it). However, the interior of the car was not great. We found old documents and stuff in the storage areas and door bins. Also, I feel that Avis should refill the washer fluid after every rental. After a day of use, the fluid warning light came on. This is actually the second time that it has happened to me on an Avis rental. Both times, I obviously just bought some replacement fluid, but I really shouldn’t have to and I think it’s a safety issue. One last thing, is that it seems a strange decision for the car not to have front and rear sensor options fitted given its size. Might explain why there were some scuffs around it when we picked it up…?

Pretty easy booking process. But, have used QEEQ for a few years now.

Asked for a Ford explorer, received a Ford flex. Even though it was not what we had reserved it was still a very good vehicle.

Everything went very easy and smooth, will definitely recommend and use again.
