Since we arrived at Frankfurt Airport early on a Sunday morning, there was only one staff member working. Our reservation was for 10 AM, but we didn’t want to wait for over an hour. He explained all relevant details clearly with no upselling of any services, and we successfully got the car ahead of schedule. The return process was also very simple and smooth, and the pre-authorized deposit was refunded on the same day! No excessive promotion of any products! The return procedure was very seamless as well! In the future, we will definitely consider Eurocar as our first choice for car rentals!
