Quite satisfied.

This is my fourth time using QEEQ; the previous three times were with Dollar and Budget. This time I chose the well-known and reputable Hertz. The service was indeed better, with no upselling of vehicle upgrades or insurance. They just inquired about the refueling method. In a small city, there were fewer people in line, and I got the car very quickly – it only took 20 minutes from the airport to getting the car.

I returned the car less than 30 minutes late, but they charged me an extra $30. This is unreasonable. I can understand paying proportionally for the extra time, but this rental policy is unacceptable. I've rented cars overseas many times and never encountered this situation.

The car was very good ,but the cleanliness was terrible. We had to stop to clean the insite windows . The staff was great

Like: So smooth and easy to drive and no problems at all.
Dislike: I loved the car so much and wished I had one the same.
