CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON HERTZ AT SEATTLE AIRPORT, SEA

The car is a bit old and the Bluetooth occasionally doesn't connect. Not sure if it's the same as what I booked.

Sad that even though I'm a Hertz Gold member, they would not offer me free additional driver as I booked with QEEQ.

QEEQ should work to get rental companies to provide free additional driver for spouse.

Due to language barriers, extending the rental period by an additional two days resulted in the car rental staff requiring me to repurchase insurance for the previous seven days. Attempts to resolve this through the Zuzuche platform and in-person discussions were ineffective, which was very disappointing! It's hard to satisfy users when such a major rental platform cannot resolve common issues like this. Truly frustrating!

Pretty good overall. However, they didn't have the car I wanted, but the upgraded model was quite satisfactory. The S60 is very suitable for the U.S. environment. The trunk can only be opened from the trunk itself, and the rear seats cannot be folded down from inside the car. Even if the car gets broken into, the trunk remains secure.

There were too many people in line and too few counters, causing a long wait time. I previously rented a car with a Hong Kong driver's license, but this time they said it was not acceptable. Despite presenting recent successful rental records from other companies, they still refused. Eventually, I spoke with a manager, and after one and a half hours, I finally got the car, though reluctantly.

Very convenient, no upselling

No upselling, just added directly. I was surprised by the high deposit amount. During the process, no additional sales were mentioned, and I didn’t think much about it since I was in a hurry due to customs delays. I just took the receipt and left. When I had time to review it later, I noticed many extra items had been added. I lodged a complaint with Zuzuche, but they said they couldn’t resolve it. They blamed me for not checking the receipt at the time. I argued that I didn’t purchase anything on-site, and having fully prepaid meant I didn’t need to buy anything on the spot. The other side insisted they didn’t sell me anything. I only realized something was wrong when I received a bank notification and got the receipt. How could I have checked the deposit slip in detail then?
