The company staff were very professional. Pickup and drop-off were at the same location, near Milan Central Station, just a ten-minute walk following Google Maps.

I recommend using Google Maps for directions to the store. The Milan train station store is easy to find. I returned the car at the Verona train station where the store is at the gas station.
