Avoid this Autovia car rental company. 1. Waited for over an hour. 2. They aggressively pushed their insurance and claimed other policies were not accepted there. If you don’t buy their insurance, even a single scratch costs 350 euros. 3. Booked an Audi A3-level car but was given a Kia. 4. Staff told us it was a petrol car and must use 95-octane fuel, but it was actually a diesel vehicle. Thankfully, the gas station staff noticed and warned us.

Very satisfied. They don't forcefully upsell additional services and provide friendly reminders and introductions, which we should understand and respect as part of their job. We received a vehicle of the same class, showing nearly 100,000 kilometers, with an old interior, but the driving performance was quite good except for insufficient power on slopes. We chose to return the car at Florence Airport, and objectively speaking, the service there was better — the staff were sincere and enthusiastic. Of course, all good and bad experiences are mutual, and I believe they also felt the same sincerity and enthusiasm from us.

The rental car location was marked incorrectly, making it impossible to pick up the car. When I called the rental company, they rudely told me they wouldn't wait a single minute past closing time and then hung up. Such poor service attitude should not be tolerated.

Car was an automatic which was a bonus.
