Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

We waited over 40 minutes at the airport for the driver to pick us up. When he finally arrived, he first drove to Richmond to handle some personal matters, which resulted in over an hour to get to the rental location. Extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of integrity in communication.

Your counter service was slow and inefficient. If you don't fix this people will be one and done. Your area is not clean or tidy especially where the cars arw located. Doesn't seem professional

I got upgraded so needless to say I was very happy with the car . I wish the pick up at airport was faster bs more efficient . On drop off I noticed a huge line up for pick up so I would recommend more staff to service customers
