Chose the rental company's full insurance. At the store, there was no upselling—just a question about whether to return with a full tank or buy a tank of fuel. Both pickup and drop-off were quick, and the shuttle runs every five minutes.

I picked up the car at the Hilton Hotel branch in downtown Seattle. Although it was a very small counter with only one staff member, luckily, there was only me as a customer at the time, so the process was quick and convenient. The car was relatively new, a mid-size Chevrolet, and handled well, with an odometer reading of about 30,000 kilometers. Throughout the entire road trip, the car performed excellently. The trunk could fit three suitcases, making it very convenient for a family of three. The car had a bit of a sports car feel with a low chassis, so we didn't take it to Mount Rainier National Park. Next time we visit the U.S., we might consider renting an SUV.

Car had a built in SatNav which was essential, but the upgrade was $280 ($20 dollars per day), over half again the $440 we paid QEEQ for the original booking.

The female Customer Service operative I spoke to on 22/04/22 was extremely helpful. She went far beyond what I expected and I am very grateful for the care, attention and dedication she showed. Many thanks.
