Hertz, being a large company, generally provides good service at their locations. At 9 AM, there was no queue, and there were two staff members available. Although they tried to upsell insurance, you can simply decline it. They were able to fulfill my booking requests, and the staff spoke decent English. I originally booked a Fiat 500 manual, but they didn't have the car available. They first asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Fiat 500 automatic for a fee, which I declined. Eventually, they upgraded me to a compact SUV from a brand I hadn't heard of, DR., which upon research turned out to be a rebadged Chery Tiggo. Considering that I would be driving mostly in the Swiss countryside, the higher ground clearance was acceptable. The car had over 40,000 kilometers on it but was in good, clean condition. If I had been driving mainly in Italy, I would have rejected it due to the challenges of parking a vehicle of that size in urban areas.

Long waiting time and low efficiency. There was only one person ahead, but I waited for an hour.

Queued for an hour and waited another 45 minutes for the car, totaling two and a half hours.

The audi q5 was new clean and rides great

We landed up at Malpensa Terminial 2 instead of Terminal 1 which was a good thing in retrospect. Great service. Car was even upgraded. Well done Hertz

Easy, user friendly website. I like the option of finding cheaper prices. This saved us a few dollars. Well done
