Terrible service. The person who signed the contract didn't mention anything about adding extra insurance and just added it to the contract. When I went to address it later, they said once the contract is signed, it can't be refunded. Who would read through such a complicated English contract line by line? They added $175 worth of insurance without my knowledge. I thought only in my home country would there be such traps, but apparently, they exist in the U.S. too! Never using Budget again! Also, the car model I got wasn't even on the list of available models. Very dissatisfied!

One of the worst car rental experiences in the US. The service attitude is truly unpredictable! They forced me to upgrade the vehicle and required me to purchase additional insurance. And upgrading the vehicle requires extra payment!

The counter agent informed me, upon returning the car after two weeks, that there was dust on the vehicle and I had to either pay $65 or clean it myself. I had no choice but to spend an extra $30 to wash the car. Money isn't the issue, but in a free country like the US, it's upsetting to be treated differently by a Mexican against a Chinese person. This is a very distressing experience!
