The first car provided was faulty. The fuel gauge showed half a tank, and the store advised us to take a photo and return the car with the same fuel level. However, halfway through the trip, we discovered that the fuel gauge was broken, and it wasn't actually possible to refuel the car. We had to change our plans on the spot and rush to a nearby station just before the store's closing time (6:00 PM) to exchange the car. Before heading to the store, we called the car rental company's customer service, but the line was difficult to get through. After finally reaching someone, we spent about an hour on the phone only to find that the customer service couldn't really assist us. We had no choice but to walk into a branch to attempt to swap the car. Once at the store, there were more challenges. Initially, we were told there were no replacement vehicles. Thankfully, a repair technician at the store kindly took us directly to a repair facility to exchange the car. The replacement vehicle, however, developed a tire issue after just one day, and we had to visit the store again to exchange it. Within a short 6-day rental period, we ended up switching cars twice.

The car wasn't that clean. The wipers were dry and did not wipe the window as they should, it's winter time and it should have checked before hand me the car, in addition, the wiper fluid tank was empty. When went back to Budget for the wipers, they wanted to change my car to a huge pickup truck!! Pickup truck is not the car you want in Manhattan, New York... When I refused to take the pickup truck, they told me I can buy and change the wipers by myself and keep to receipt and I'll get the money back when returning the car. So I wasted 3 hours of my vacation time and got new wipers and wiper fluid, kept the receipt but when returned my car, Budget refused to give me the 7 dollars back (wiper blade + fluid from Walmart). It's not about the money - it's about the disrespect you have for customers, I am very disappointed - Will NEVER rent anything again from Budget!

Car was not there when we arrived. Offered two cars or a bus of 12. We decline the Offered and had to wait almost two hours while they asked Avis and found one. For this car I paid extra and called in advance to get it.

The wait was HORRIBLE. We were lined up outside. We waited about 2 hours. I will NEVER recommend this location! That said, the staff was pleasant and the car was great.

You have a spelling mistake in your questions here in this text box -- "betther." It was confusing that my reservation said the address but not that it was through Budget. I was super nervous that it wouldn't work.

Like: Car came from major company but for less money and no discernible drop off fee. No brainer. I travel a lot.
