Entered the country at 6 am, had breakfast and went to pick up the car a little after 6. No need to queue, there was no one at the Hertz counter (the rental confirmation stated that Hertz counter service time is 6:00-23:59). A guy from a neighboring counter who was wearing another company's vest came to assist. Since there was no need to queue, I had no complaints.

The trip was full of unexpected events! To summarize, we had a minor accident during the journey. We called Hertz's international emergency assistance, and the German customer service patiently handled all my silly questions and helped us find a nearby replacement vehicle.
