Great experience, no issues with the car, but the car's infotainment system is quite outdated. You should bring your own phone holder. The nearby gas station is very expensive, over 40 dollars.

Late for pickup.

Kayseri Airport location is inconvenient. The store is not inside the airport, and customers need to take a taxi on their own to get there. Unable to contact store staff, and they do not provide pickup service. Customers need to spend 20 lira for a taxi to get there.

I had booked a Tucson and they gave us a small jeep and it was totally a terrible experience driving us. they delivered the car almost 0 fuel and they told us to deliver it that which as you know it is impossible to deliver a tank 0 fuel and that resulted in them getting the car back 20% tank and re-imbursement
