En el mostrador de Budget intentaron venderme varios seguros argumentando que yo no estaba cubierto, luego intentaron cobrarme casi 200$, luego de enseñarles los papeles de la reserva donde tenía que pagar 50 y poco me hicieron pagar $64 o no tenia el coche. Muy lamentable. Señora temendamente desagradable me atendió

During the pandemic, the security guard handled the process for me. It was quite good because there was a power outage and I had to wait for a while, but they automatically upgraded my car.

We have received the settlement document provided by the car rental company, which shows that you added Enhanced Third-Party Liability Insurance for $115.5 at the store. Also, you were charged a fuel fee of $28.58 because the car was not returned with a full tank, totaling $144.08. I explicitly stated at the store that I did not need any additional insurance, yet I was charged. Secondly, I made sure to refuel the car before returning it, but was still charged for not returning it with a full tank. This is not the first time I've rented a car in the US.
