Convenient and Reliable

I recently rented a car from Hertz in JFK Airport New York, and my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up process quick and seamless. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Return was equally hassle-free. I highly recommend Hertz for anyone looking for reliable and convenient car rental service in New York.p

I could've gotten the Dodge Ram. I was too short getting out of the car. With no running board, I sprained my foot. The car was not that clean and to have only 9900 miles when I picked it up, it was pretty scratched and beat up. All in all, it was only an ok experience.

Hertz didn't have a Dodge Challenger and none in the adrenaline collection when I arrived for pick up. They gave us a free upgrade to an Infiniti SUV, however, we only wanted an American muscle car. The supervisor told us that they would give us a call in the morning so that we could swop cars. No call was ever made and I had to call them personally to check and reserve the only adrenaline collection car, a Camaro SS. The car was clean internally and smelt new. It was a joy to drive, but barely had enough space for our luggage.

Calvin has been great help. He contacted Hertz for us to reserve the adrenaline collection car. He did mention that a Dodge Challenger would be available, but Hertz insisted that they do not have specific car reservation. Still, he has been great help

Like: Pick up was so easy! We were able get the same car we own so didn’t have to get used to it. Drop off was a breeze too.
Dislike: Nothing!
