CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON HERTZ AT BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, BOS

It was okay, I'm used to Hertz, so their car models are generally reliable, but this time the car was the worst I've ever used. When picking up the car, I noticed multiple scratches on the body and a barely noticeable dent near the trunk. During the last two days, it seemed like the tire was leaking air, and the tire pressure warning kept activating. I contacted QEEQ but didn't get a clear or satisfactory response. Fortunately, the leak wasn't severe, so I managed for two days. When returning the car, the leaking tire still had more than half of its pressure left.

The car I got turned out to be even better than a Suburban.

Sometimes there are issues with international credit cards. The staff provided a solution: add a full tank of fuel first, then subtract it. I'm not sure about the exact process, but the Hertz staff said it works. Otherwise, system issues might cause credit authorization to fail. We succeeded after assistance from two staff members.

Loved driving the Tesla....but the as stated above te first car given to us was dangerous to drive

I will not book with hertz again due to their ridiculous toll policy - super confusing and expensive - Avis, Alamo and budget much better.
