“Great Car and Easy Drop Off”

The car was great. Super easy drop off. Unfortunately the computers were not working on our arrival so we spent over an hour waiting for them to re-boot after a 26 hour journey - The staff were friendly.

It took them over 30 minutes to have our car ready for us while we stood at the counter and waited. It was pretty ridiculous. I think the counter next to us had five people go through In that time. The price they had in their computer was more than what was quoted by easy rent cars. But I showed them the invoice and they manually updated it with no problem.

It was a little weird at first. Seems like there’s a catch to it. But read through the material and there wasn’t any fine print that I could find so I thought I’d chance it. They rebooked me at a better price which was a big surprise so overall I’m very happy and will use again.
