Car was a slight downgrade. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us suitable add ons for our needs.

Very satisfied, smooth communication, upgraded the car model, the vehicle was in good condition, and pre-existing damages were marked and sent via email.

Staff is very helpful, but it takes a long time to do the paperwork because there are more than 10 customers and only 1 staff!

The car that i ordered was not available. i was offered an "upgrade" - pick up track.... poor choice. poor condition, broken tail light. got a feeling that the only thing that this company is looking for are ways to make me spend more money (super expensive additional insurance, paiud 100 pounds to rent to kids boosters), etc.
