Terrible experience. The process was slow, and they kept finding ways to charge extra fees. Returning the car was extremely difficult to locate. The additional charges were reported to the rental platform, but they just kept saying they would look into it without issuing a refund.

I am very satisfied. They even escorted me to pick up the car. Returning the car was also quick and convenient.
