Rückgabe des fahrzeugs wollten sie erst am nächsten tag abschliessen obwohl während der öffnungszeiten das fahreug zurückgebracht habe. Erst auf mein verlangen musste der mitarbeiter am fahrzeugpark aufgeboten werden...was gut klappte, kam innert minuten zum fahrzeug.

Did not have the car that I requested. They said that Fiat 500 is too popular amongst thieves hence they gave us crappy Kia Picanto. The car was new but the motor was too small and not powerful enough. The pick up location is 10 minutes drive from Palermo airport. We had to call the pickup location and wait for 20 minutes to be collected. Then we spent another 30 minutes waiting for the car. All in all an average experience.

Super nice people

Too few staff, those there were good, but unable to meet the demand hence slow service. Parking in ecovia area limited, had to double park, nobody there to check vehicle in.

counter staff particularly helpful on drop off. however initially wasn't an automatic car as booked. then was given a dual fuel unleaded and metano car but not told how hard it is to get metano and how few miles the unleaded would do. spend an hour trying to find metano for drop off. wouldn't use again for that reason.
