Overall good. Would’ve been less so had the initial vehicle offered not been exchanged for the model booked. Not only was it dirty, but it was not big enough. That saiid it was exchanged without fuss.

It’s the second time I’ve used QEEQ and will do so again. The process was excellent and communication was good throughout. Both the vehicle and the optional insurance were excellent value. My only observation is that it would be that it would be helpful if you could stay logged into your App (without the need for code entry) and could download PDF documents to your phone. The latter might be possible but I could only do it using a PC.

The service was okay, and they did try to sell insurance. Just inform the store that you already have insurance via the platform.

Poor attitude. Failed to provide explanations for discrepancies with the booking. Very bad experience.

No car of the same class, had to pay for an upgrade! They said it was because of peak season.

Car was slightly bigger than booked, Hyundai Tucson, which was a nice surprise, pickup was seamless
