I love the ethos of Alamo they are customer focused the car was new only had 9000 miles on it and was immaculate. Counter staff are fantastic there was a que yea but they are a good company so you have to expect a wait I don’t mind they don’t rush you to get out the car park and their toll payment system is awesome

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.
