Great car hire experience

The staff member was very nice and even upgraded my car to an unlimited mileage model. He offered me insurance, but when I mentioned I had already purchased one, he was very understanding and informed me about potential issues. His attitude remained friendly throughout the process. When picking up the car, I specifically asked if I needed to immediately email them to document any scratches on the car. He said it was unnecessary and told me I could inform his colleagues when returning the car. However, when I returned the vehicle, the staff only asked me to place the keys in the box without inspecting the car. Later, when I got home, I received a damage bill of €960. I immediately emailed them with a video I had recorded, but received no response for a long time. Now, I have to rely on my insurance for reimbursement. It’s crucial to ensure they inspect the car on-site and confirm that the scratches aren’t new.

1. The car rental company informed us to wait for the shuttle bus at Ibiza Airport P3 parking lot. After waiting for an hour, we found out that the location had been changed to P1 parking lot without any notification, ruining our plans. 2. When we finally reached P1 parking lot, there were no staff present. Passengers rushed to board the shuttle bus as soon as it arrived, causing disorder with no sense of queue or order, regardless of how long people had been waiting.

My returning flight was at 7am and when OK rent a Car did not give me a choice to drop the car keys before 7am. I end up asking a friend to return the car keys so I wouldn't loose my flight. This is first time that I heard of a rental car company with an office in an airport that will not allow the car to be returned after business hours. I would not use this company again

Shutlle bus very difficult to pick up

The car was smaller than expected, the fuel tank was not full on arrival but I was given the excuse that it was because the indicator was broken.
