The only comment we have is that we waited a very long time for the pick up. But it was the 1th of January so on the other hand understandable. They might have had more counters open. That would have been quicker. But the guy Faisal I think his name was, was super helpful and friendly.

Alamo is a great company. This time, the front desk charged me $49 without my knowledge. When I returned the car and explained, the manager immediately processed a refund to my credit card. This level of service is rare.

The service is excellent, it makes customers feel at ease! Renting a car is fast, convenient, and cheap. The most important part is that after returning from the USA, I received many fines and didn’t know how to handle them. This company patiently guided me step by step to resolve these fines.
