Smooth and safe

The service from Alamo was very average, possibly because it's cheap. They don't accept UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service. There were many people in line and few staff. I clearly chose a large SUV, but upon arrival, I was told I could only rent a small SUV. I originally wanted to rent a Grand Cherokee. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with Zuzuche or ALAMO. Overall, the service experience was really poor!!

Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

Automatically adding 24-hour roadside assistance and not requiring refueling when picking up the car is not fair.

Fantastic and efficient service. Upgraded to a mini convertible for no extra charge. less than 5 minutes to pick up and drop off car.

Like: Great service where i pick up the car, they explain me everything and they wave me more options on the counter. I left the car in Orlando International airport and was very quick.
