The service is just average, not bad, and that's good enough.

There was only one member of staff on duty and the booking process takes a while. With customers ahead of use and after a long haul flight another agent would have been welcomed. When it was our turn the agent was very pleasant and professsional.

No problems at all and the message sent to use during the hurricane was appreciated.

I purchased my own additional insurance cover and explained this to the person at the counter, however they still added $185 worth of insurance I didn't need or ask for. After some time on the phone to customer services on our return home I manged to get them to credit my account.
