QEEQ cleared up a mix up at pick up and everything was good after that.

Overall service attitude was quite good, but there was constant upselling for a vehicle upgrade, claiming we had too much luggage and that the Ford Focus was too small, recommending a larger vehicle, which we firmly refused. In reality, the car we rented was in zone 3 area, where other cars like CRV4 and Nissan were also available. Therefore, it was possible to get a better car than what we had booked. It was raining heavily, and we didn't bother to choose carefully. The exterior looked fairly new, so we didn't switch. It had around 30,000 to 40,000 miles.

The rental drop off is not in the airport terminal. You need to take a shuttle bus to the terminal. I told them I have lots of luggage, and it will be difficult to carry it onto the bus, so one of the Hertz team members drove me to the terminal, meaning I did not have to unload the car!
