The pickup location was easy to find and picking up the car was convenient. I booked a Citroën but was provided a Mercedes-Benz C180 Estate. While the car was slightly small for three large suitcases, its condition was great and the driving experience was excellent.

The service from QEEQ is top-notch. However, the Frankfurt branch was somewhat disappointing.

The entire process went smoothly without any issues, and I received a brand new car. Remember to clean both the interior and exterior at the self-service car wash when returning the vehicle. Buying a €5 wash token from the machine is sufficient; don't buy extra since it’s non-refundable. Extra tokens can only be taken back home as souvenirs.

Pretty good. If you need to pick up the car, it's best to take the T1-T2 shuttle bus instead of walking back and forth. The pickup process is very quick, just a couple of sentences and you're good to go.
