The store is located outside the airport, and there is a shuttle service at Gate 6, which is very convenient. The staff didn't try to upsell insurance when I picked up the car, but I requested to purchase full coverage insurance. The staff member patiently explained it to me. Since I had full coverage, returning the car was smooth as well—just handed over the keys and I was done. The €500 deposit was refunded the same day.

The staff handling car pick-up and drop-off at the rental company were very friendly and did not try to sell insurance or impose any extra charges. I would choose this rental company again if I travel to Italy in the future.
