The service was excellent. What impressed me the most was that after returning the car, I realized at another rental location that I had left my driver's license and some cash in the toolbox. I went back to look for them, and the staff directed me to the front desk. At the same time, two staff members brought my driver's license and cash (a few hundred dollars) to the counter and returned them to me in person! I was so touched!

They provided a box similar to an ETC device when renting the car, but it wasn't clear how to use it or how the charges worked. It is recommended that QEEQ offer an introduction or guide for renting cars in the Boston area. Also, they seemed to promote an insurance plan that costs around ten dollars a day, which should be explained as well.

At the New York airport branch, a plus-sized African American staff member served us with an indifferent attitude and slow actions. Despite arriving on time to pick up the car, she told us it would take another two to three hours for it to be ready. As we were in a hurry, we asked for any available similar car. Only then did she provide a Toyota. This wouldn't have been a big issue, but she mentioned they were changing the policy from full-to-full fuel to full-to-empty. In our rush, we agreed, but the fuel tank was only at 90%. When we returned the car, we were charged over $90 for the fuel and taxes. It's unfair to expect a car to be returned with an empty tank.
